Recruit and retain dedicated, working board members who form the heart of our organization
- Develop prospective board members by asking them to take on impactful roles within the organization
- Match their passions and skills with the strategic needs of the Hall
- Plan for and monitor leadership succession as the board evolves
Expand our volunteer corps, drawing from neighbors and members of our community, to do meaningful work

Focus on business development for space rentals

Simplify user systems and building access
- Achieve “turn-key” access solution for most space users
- Distill instructions to one-page, accessible, on location info and signage
- Reduce complexity for audio and visual systems
Streamline rental management
- Improve intake and operational processes (forms, booking, and payment)
- Increase rental and events committee members and pool of stewards
- Revisit rental rates in conjunction with membership discussion
